Rope Access External Building Cleaning:
High Level Specialists secured the project of all high level external building cleaning at the YMCA centre in Liverpool.
The colourful YMCA in Birkenhead, Liverpool is a predominantly rendered building with bright orange and white walls; unfortunately over time these have stained with algae, dirt and moss.
We used specialist soft washing and steam cleaning techniques to clean the entire building, restoring both the render and cladding to a wonderfully clean state.
Access was difficult, the building is several stories high and has lots of angles in the design, this coupled with the fact that the building and surrounding roads were active added to the difficulty.
Rope Access Exterior Building Cleaning:
High Level Specialists were tasked with the high level cleaning of a vacant high rise building stretching over 16 floors by one of our clients.
This rope access project was completed within a week with 5 rope access technicians.
We utilised our in house rope access technicians and van mounted steam pressure washing machinery that has capabilities of reaching more than 100 metres in any direction.
The full building was treated with a biocidal product to both help remove and prevent any future growth of organic plant material such as algae or mold; the product used was designed and created purposefully by our colleagues at HLS Supplies; the product was truly excellent and was also flexible enough to be applied through power washing techniques; this ensured that the product could be applied in mass quantities quickly.
